Just curious - who did you use to get them? I hope your birthdays are right...mine is a year off but figured it wasn't worth the hassle to correct it. Another couple we know had their pictures swapped when they finally got their Permis back...had to start all over.
I'm not sure what you mean by "who did you use." We went to the office downtown and applied for them. The first time round one was missing, the second time, my name was misspelled and yep, we had to start all over!
Six months and a lot of drama later, we finally both have our Haitian permis de sejour (residence permits).
